Camp Options
Full Day (Ages 7-12): 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Morning Session (Ages 5-6): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Get ready to build, paint, and play! This hands-on, Halloween-themed camp explores the creative possibilities of paper mâché and found objects to create spooky season art and décor. Artists will get messy experimenting with different techniques to create unique masks and dimensional haunted structures.
What We'll Be Making:
Paper Mâché Masks: Learn the fundamentals of paper mâché to sculpt and shape a custom, wearable mask. Artists will then paint and embellish their masks for a polished, finished look.
Dimensional Creations: Artists can choose to craft either a collection of Scrappy Beetles (or other creepy crawlies) or build miniature Haunted Houses using cardboard, found materials, and paint.
Camp Activities:
Building & Shaping: Learn techniques like sculpting and layering to bring your dimensional ideas to life.
Painting & Embellishment: Add texture, patterns, and color to your creations for a professional final look.
Games & Fun: We’ll break up the creative time with fun, themed games.
Outdoor Time: Weather permitting, we will venture outside midday for an hour or so of fresh air and play.
What to Pack:
Please pack a lunch, two snacks, and a water bottle for your child.
