Calling all animal lovers and creative explorers!
In this four-day camp, artists will dive into the world of animals — real and imagined — through sculpture, painting, printmaking, and mixed media. From rainforest creatures to ocean dwellers to mythical beasts, campers will explore texture, movement, and personality in their artwork.
Artists will experiment with watercolor, air-dry clay, collage, and layered painting techniques while learning how artists use color and form to express character and emotion. Campers will create both individual animal artworks and contribute to a collaborative habitat installation that transforms our studio into a shared ecosystem.
This immersive environment will remain on display after camp, celebrating the creativity and imagination of our young artists.
Movement games, storytelling, and open creation time will round out each day, ensuring a balance of skill-building, play, and connection.
