Event Rental FAQ

921 N 8th Street | Located above Rudnick Jewelers | Downtown Sheboygan

  • We are located at 921 N 8th Street in Sheboygan, directly above Rudnick Jewelers in downtown.

    To enter the space:

    • Use the main front entrance next to Rudnick Jewelers.

    • You will go up 24 stairs (with a landing halfway up).

    • The staircase is wide and well-lit.

    • There is no elevator access.

    Please note: Our venue is not ADA accessible due to the staircase.

    • Free street parking on nights and weekends.

    • Paid street parking during weekday business hours.

    • A large city parking lot is located directly behind our building.

  • We have three unique rental spaces:

    The Lounge

    • Max capacity: 18 guests

    • Weekday: $50/hour

    • Weekend: $75/hour

    The White Studio

    • Max capacity: 30 guests

    • Weekday: $75/hour

    • Weekend: $100/hour

    The Green Studio

    • Max capacity: 65 guests

    • Weekday: $100/hour

    • Weekend: $125/hour

    All spaces include:

    • Tables and chairs (set up prior to your arrival)

    • Linens on tables

    • Cozy seating areas with couches and armchairs

    • Heat & air conditioning

    • WiFi access

    • Access to 2 restrooms

  • We rent between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

    • Minimum rental: 2 hours

    • Rental time must include your setup and cleanup time

    • Amplified music must end by 10:00 PM

    • Music is allowed upon approval (depending on business hours of the businesses below us)

    Early access for decorating may be granted if the space is available.

    • 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking.

    • Remaining balance due one week prior to your event.

    • If you cancel more than one week before your event, the remaining balance is not due.

    • Deposit is non-refundable.

    We do not require event insurance, but it is always recommended.

  • We:

    • Set up tables and chairs

    • Provide linens for food tables and our 4 tops (6 tops are solid wood tables we commonly leave uncovered)

    • Handle trash disposal

    • Clean tables and floors after your event

    You:

    • Remove all personal décor, food, and supplies

    • Ensure all trash is placed in bins before leaving

  • Yes! You may bring in:

    • Outside catering

    • Any food

    • Any beverages

    • Alcohol

    We also allow outside vendors (caterers, balloon artists, DJs, etc.).

    Please note:

    • We have a small fridge/freezer available.

    • We have a hand sink.

    • There is no food prep kitchen.

  • Yes — amplified music is allowed with approval.

    Music must end by 10:00 PM and may be limited depending on the operating hours of the businesses below us.

  • Yes, with approval.

    • Tape and nails may be used with prior approval.

    • All decorations must be removed at the end of your rental.

      We also offer custom party decorations if you are interested.

  • Yes, but children must be attended at all times.

    We share our building with other businesses and have stair access, so supervision is required for safety.

  • Yes.

    We are a creative studio and can offer:

    • Add-on art activities

    • Staffed creative experiences

    • Custom event packages (coming soon)
